Terms of Use

Pulsity reads data from your wearable, learns your personal baseline, and tells you when today's readings sit outside it. It is a wellness and decision-support tool.

It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. If you feel unwell, or if a reading worries you, speak to a doctor. Never ignore medical advice because of something the app showed you.

You need a working phone number to sign in, and you are responsible for the account tied to it. Tell us at support@pulsity.app if you think someone else has access. One account is for one person.

• Pro costs ₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year, and comes with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the period you have already paid for runs out.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Play Store are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of the service.
• Upload data that is not yours, or use the app to make decisions for someone else's health.
• Interfere with the service or try to reach parts of it you are not meant to.

Your readings and the things you log stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and process them so the app can work, which is described in the privacy policy. The app itself, its design and its code remain ours.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features, and where a change materially affects a paid plan we will tell you first.

To the extent the law allows, Pulsity is not liable for financial losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from decisions you make while using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, India have jurisdiction — except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
